IT Bill Audit

Stop Paying For IT Services You Don't Use

We go through every invoice you’re paying — GoDaddy, Microsoft 365, hosting, backups, security software, phone lines — cancel what you don’t need, downgrade what’s oversized, and price out cheaper alternatives for the rest. Then we hand you the savings in writing.

Sound Familiar?

IT Bills Grow Quietly. Nobody Ever Reads Them.

Every service you signed up for renews on its own schedule, at its own price, on a card nobody checks. A few years later you’re funding a stack you’ve half forgotten about.

Auto-Renewals

A domain, an SSL certificate or a hosting plan renews every year at a rate you never actually agreed to.

Duplicate Tools

You’re paying for Dropbox, OneDrive and Google Drive at the same time — and your team only uses one.

Retail Markup

Registrar and hosting list prices are routinely two to three times what the identical product costs elsewhere.

Ghost Services

Mailboxes, seats and add-ons for staff, sites and devices that left years ago — still billing every month.

What We Review

Every Vendor, Every Line Item

If it turns up on a statement with “IT” attached to it, it’s in scope. Nothing is too small — the small ones are where the waste hides.

Domains & SSL

Registrar invoices are the single most common place we find money.

Hosting & Websites

Most small sites are on a plan built for something ten times their size.

Licences & Seats

Seat counts drift upward and never come back down.

Backup, Security & Cloud

Overlap here is expensive and, occasionally, actually harmful.

Phone & Internet

Telecom contracts are where the oldest line items live.

Contracts & Renewals

Knowing the dates is half of getting the money back.

How It Works

Three Steps, No Disruption

Nothing gets touched, moved or cancelled while we’re looking. The audit is read-only.

01

Send Us The Bills

Forward the last twelve months of IT invoices, or give us read-only access to the billing portals. That’s about fifteen minutes of your time and the only thing we need from you.

02

We Audit Line By Line

Every charge gets matched to something you actually use. We price the alternatives, check the renewal dates and read the contract terms so you don’t have to.

03

You Get A Savings Plan

A plain-English report: cancel, downgrade, move or keep — with dollar figures beside each one. Approve it and we’ll do the switching and cancelling for you.

Typical Results

What A Review Usually Turns Up

20–40%

Lower Annual Spend

The usual gap between what a small office pays for domains, hosting, licences and backups and what the same setup costs done properly.

3–8

Forgotten Services

Subscriptions, add-ons and seats still billing every month for people, websites or devices that are long gone.

Free

To Find Out

The initial review costs nothing. You only pay if you want us to carry out the changes, and that’s quoted as a flat fee up front.

Ranges reflect what we typically see in small-business reviews. Your actual numbers depend on your current setup — the review is what tells you the real figure.

Who It's For

Anyone Paying More Than One IT Bill

Home & Home Office

A domain, a website, cloud storage, antivirus and a couple of subscriptions is already enough to be overpaying by a few hundred dollars a year.

Small Business

One to twenty staff, a mix of vendors nobody owns, and invoices that go straight to the bookkeeper without anyone technical ever reading them.

Clinics & Non-Profits

Tight budgets, long-standing vendor relationships and eligibility for discounts and grant pricing most providers never mention.

Common Questions

Before You Send Anything Over

Do you need my passwords?

No. PDF invoices or read-only billing access are enough for the review. If you later ask us to make changes, you stay the account owner and approve each one.

Will you cancel anything on your own?

Never. Every change is approved by you in writing first. The report recommends — you decide what actually happens.

What if I'm locked into a contract?

We flag the renewal date and notice period on every service, so you know exactly what can be cut now and what has to wait until the term ends.

Do you just move me onto your own services?

Only where it’s genuinely cheaper and better for you. Plenty of our recommendations are simply “stay where you are, but on this plan instead.”

Which providers do you cover?

GoDaddy, Namecheap, Bluehost, Wix, Squarespace, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Dropbox, Adobe, QuickBooks, Azure, AWS, Telus, Shaw, Rogers — and whatever else turns up on your statements.

How long does it take?

Most reviews come back within three to five business days of receiving your invoices, with a call to walk you through the findings.
